Your signature on the OnLine Reservation Form will signify your agreement to the terms stipulated below. Please print this page and save it for your records. All notifications of cancellation must be received in writing. On the date your cancellation is received, the following penalties will apply:
Due to special booking conditions for this tour, the initial deposit requirement is $1,200.
Special Refund Policy for India "Temples, Tigers, and Taj" January 2011: $500.00 of your deposit (the cost of the four domestic flights within India) is immediately non-refundable. Final payment for this particular tour is due 100 days prior to departure, on October 6, 2010. This early final payment schedule is due to special booking requirements imposed by our luxury hotels. The final payment deadline is also specified in the “Reservations” section of the detailed itinerary, and can also be found at the bottom of the invoice you will receive after booking a tour. Please allow five days for delivery of your final payment check. If you cancel after the final payment deadline, the following schedule applies:
Deadline - 90 days $1,000 is non-refundable
89 days - 71 days $1,500 is non-refundable
70 days - departure 100% of total tour price (land and domestic air) is non-refundable
We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance for coverage in case you must cancel your trip under cancellation penalty, especially since the cost of domestic airfare is immediately non-refundable once you book the tour. Once we have sent payment to India for the tour cost, it will be impossible to return the funds.
