Toto Tours has an adventure package designed to meet the needs and particular travel interests of most gay travelers. Choose from up to twenty tours each year from white water rafting Patagonia's Rio Futaleufu deep in the Chilean Andes, snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef including a safari in Australia's Outback, exploring and sailing the world renowned Galapagos Islands where Charles Darwin's theories on evolution first materialized. Travelers select small group tours ranging from very active adventures including trekking in the Himalayas of Nepal to view some of the world's highest peaks, to more relaxing getaways such as a harvest season wine and cuisine tasting tour through the Tuscany region of Italy.
In addition to an experienced Toto Tours representative, every tour is fully escorted by reputable local guides and qualified outfitters. In dedication to exemplary personal service, most adventure trips are limited to twenty-five travelers with the average tour composed of fifteen to twenty members. With a chain of successful tours spanning more than ten years in operation, Toto Tours president, Dan Ware, continues to lead several trips each year. Toto Tours travelers have hailed from forty-eight states plus the District of Colombia, and several Canadian Provinces. Other international tour participants, largely attracted through web marketing, have come from Australia, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Costa Rica, England, Germany, Japan, The Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, Taiwan the West Indies and fourteen other countries including Canada. More than thirty-five percent so enjoy their travel experience that they have participated in two or more Toto Tours adventures, and some travelers have been on as many as fifteen tours to date. Travelers range in age from mid-twenties to mid- seventies with most travelers in their thirties and forties. A notable exception during one of Toto's recent treks in the Himalayas of Nepal was an eighty-two year old participant who completed the thrilling yet challenging journey with the occasional assistance of a horse.

Toto Tours belongs to the International Gay and Lesbian Travel Association, a 1300 member organization of travel industry professionals dedicated to encouraging and assisting in the promotion of gay and lesbian travel through the utilization of industry professionals within their community.
Gay owned and operated, Toto Tours is directed by president Dan Ware. Toto's staff is composed of Jonathan Lewis, office manager and some fifteen outside tour escorts who are dedicated to making each tour experience unforgettable.
President Dan Ware established the company in October 1990. In June 1991, Toto Tours offered its first small-group adventure trip through the National Parks of Southeastern Utah. Since then more than 1,000 travelers from across the United States, Canada and twenty seven other countries have participated in more than 100 Toto Tours adventures.
